Refund policy

If for whatever reason Wally did not meet your expectations and you are unsatisfied with our product (and for that we are deeply sorry!), please contact us at hello@wallywanderingwallaby.com within 30 days of purchase to get a refund. We will happily accept unused/unworn products with tags attached (if applicable), however please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
